KB Cooling and Heating installed two systems in my home- a ductless system on the first floor and central air conditioning upstairs. Kyle and his team made the whole process a breeze. I contacted Kyle for an estimate and he was very responsive and flexible in scheduling a time to check out my house. Kyle also quickly provided the estimate and followed up to answer all of my questions. When the start day for the project came, Kyle and his team were on time and began work promptly. They worked quickly and efficiently, and whenever there were questions, such as where to place air handlers, Kyle made sure to check with me before doing any work. When the installation was complete, they cleaned up really well and you wouldn’t have even known they were there. The process went very smoothly. The units work great and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I highly recommend KB Cooling and Heating.
